Enjoy an entertaining and delicious multi-course dinner hosted by Portner Brewhouse co-Founder, Margaret Portner and Head Brewer, Greg Maddrey. The fun will include:
First Course
Panko-breaded and fried knodel (mashed potato ball) stuffed with cheese curds and served over a tarragon bechamel paired with Tivoli Cream Ale
Second Course
Chilled pearl couscous salad with lemon, toasted almonds, shaved Parmesan, asparagus, and grilled shrimp with a lemon vinaigrette paired with Hofbrau Pilsner
Third Course
Beef tenderloin tip skewers (German street food) in a paprika and tomato based sauce, served over buttery grilled bread paired with Vienna Cabinet Lager
Fourth Course
Bavarian cream filled berliners dusted with powdered sugar and served with wild berry puree for dipping paired with Portner Porter aged with coconut
